- During the busy season, we require 14-30 days for booking. Call to inquire 248-221-2672.
- Groupon Orders do NOT qualify as booked dates UNLESS you confirm with our team before purchase.
- Props, Balloons, backdrops Chocolate Fruit including apples are NEVER included in a Groupon.
- Custom Treat bags are not included in a Groupon package; however, plates will be provided.
- All weddings and events require a signed contract
- Unless you have purchased a custom package, each guest will receive a limited number of items
- We have FULL and COMPLETE design control. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Our team requires diet restrictions and allergy notifications at the time of booking.
- Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
- Canceling a contract still requires full payment due to the reservation of our event date and time spent designing.
- Clients Family members, Friends, Event Staff, and Planners may NOT set up or break down our tables.
- Market value is charged for any items that are lost, damaged or stolen. If these items are not paid in full within 7 days the legal process begins.
- We require four hours to set up before any event
- REFUNDS 30-45 Days from the day of the request
- Our team requires A/C April through September
- Our Team requires the set-up space to be room temperature for all set ups October through March
- Final changes cannot be made 29 days before your event without additional cost occurring.
- Your Event Must be paid in full 30 days before your date if not all monies are forfeited and will be considered a store credit.
- All Ice cream items require access to the refrigerator
- All clients have a 30-minute window to open the event space before an hourly charge is posted to your account. If this happens payment will be due immediately.
- Tastings require a charge NO EXCEPTIONS! You may book on this site or email our team for an invoice.
